We have been in the Southampton rental cottage business since 2003, and have a very good working relationship with the Saugeen Shores Chamber of Commerce. Consider booking early, as summer weeks can be very popular to rent.
The cottages are winterized, for those who are interested in renting in the fall, winter, or spring. These times have reduced pricing for those who maybe interested in fishing, snow mobiling, hiking, biking and other off season activities.
In general, we pay heat and electrical in our off season rentals.
